Canoe | Toronto
You won’t find a single local who doesn’t know about Canoe Restaurant in Toronto. Canoe is inspired by Canada’s raw and rich land through contemporary Canadian cuisine. Nestled on to the 54th floor of the TD Tower, it’s a destination that will take your breath away as soon as you walk out of the elevators; welcomed by the floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the great lake and cityscape, you will find it hard not be gazing out the window every chance you get.
I was lucky enough to meet 9 of my favourite foodie friends to experience the tasting menu.

At $105 per person and $160 with wine parings, it’s one of the lesser expensive tastings I have been to that offers quality service, great environment, and an overall enjoyable evening.

haida gwaii halibut – white asparagus, fava beans, sorrel, claims + seaweed butter sauce
