- 2 cans corn or four cobs shucked and sliced off the core
- 1-2 jalapenos seeded and diced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 whole sweet onion diced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste

- 1 package Pea Shoots
- 1 whole lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
