Ingredients: 1 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon pepper; 1 teaspoon Chili powder; grapeseed Oil (Enough to cover the bottom of the pan 1/8 inch); 4 6 oz halibut filets; 2 cans corn (or four cobs shucked and sliced off the core); 1-2 jalapenos (seeded and diced); 1 clove garlic (minced); 1/4 whole sweet onion (diced); 1/4 cup chicken broth; 2 tablespoons olive oil; Salt and Pepper (to taste); 3 whole mangos (peeled and finely diced); 1/4 whole Red Onion (finely diced); 1 whole lime (juice); 1 whole Tomato (finely diced); 1/2 bunch Cilantro (finely chopped); 1/4 bunch Green Onion (finely chopped); 1 package Pea Shoots; 1 whole lemon; 2 tablespoons olive oil; Salt and Pepper (to taste)
