Pear, Burrata & Blackberry Pizza

The warm weather is coming so why not spice up your boring pizza toppings with some yummy fresh and fun ingredients.  I made this bad boy when I needed to use up some pears. And well, blackberries in B.C. are like weeds and grow freely everywhere. You can play around with the toppings; this is to encourage you to start thinking outside the box. Add some mozzeralla for some extra gooey-ness, change up blackberries for another fruit.  You wont be disappointed.  Check out the recipe here
